Braised rice with ham and broad beans
Step 1 . Choose 500g fresh broad beans and a small piece of ham
Step 2 . Remove the green skin from the outside of the broad bean. If the old shell is used, remove the white skin from the inner layer. Leave the tender skin together (it is better to choose the tender one, even the skin is better to eat
Step 3 . Cut ham into diced cubes for use
Step 4 . Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. When it is 80% hot, stir fry the prepared broad beans and ham together in the pot
Step 5 . When it is 5 years old, change the heat to low, and throw the rice into the pot evenly (the rice is the cold rice cooked the day before)
Step 6 . Then pour a small bowl of water around the rice, cover the pot and start to stew
Step 7 . Until the pot makes a "cici" sound, and the water has been boiled dry (about seven or eight minutes), open the lid of the pot, turn up the fire a little, add some MSG and salt, stir fry for a few times, and then you can go out of the pot
Step 8 . The delicious braised rice with broad bean and ham is ready
