Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla pods can be replaced by vanilla extract and vanilla powder
Step 1 . Prepare materials. Put the ice cream bucket in the refrigerator and freeze until the freezing liquid solidifies.
Step 2 . Cut open the vanilla pods with a knife

Step 6 . Stir the egg batter evenly.
Step 7 . Pour the mixed paste back into the pot and heat it over low heat while stirring. The temperature measurement should not exceed 85 degrees, quickly turn off the fire and remove it. (Egg batter begins to thicken and bubble)
Step 8 . After the cooked egg batter is cooled, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. After refrigeration, pour in light cream and mix well.
Step 9 . Pour into the ice cream bucket
Step 10 . Turn on and stir.
Step 11 . Stir until the ice cream maker makes a clicking sound, immediately turn off the power.
Step 12 . Put the ice cream into a container and freeze for 2 hours to solidify
