Jue Wei cucumber slices

This pickled cucumber dish is spicy, sour, sweet and salty. It's my favorite dish since I made it at home and it doesn't have any name. I call it "Jue Wei cucumber".Just after the new year, I'm liberated for a person who doesn't like eating meat. It's so beautiful to make some delicious dishes and eat them!

Step 1 . Rinsed cucumber for standby

Step 2 . Cut into small strips and put them into the container
