Steamed potato with sausage

It's hot. The last zero based Kwai steamed food is very popular with my family. Meat oil is recommended for the oil inside. It will smell a lot. About the sausage inside, it was teased that it was cut into such a large section, but whether you believe it or not, people have tried it, so it's good to cut into such a section. Hey ~ ~ (but my sausage is the kind that is not particularly dry.)

Main Ingredients

Goose oil appropriate amount
Chives A moderate amount of
Sausage appropriate amount
potato A moderate amount of

Auxiliary Ingredients

Umami soy sauce appropriate amount
salt A moderate amount of
White sugar appropriate amount

Step 1 . Cut potatoes into pieces and sausages into larger pieces.

Step 2 . Put potatoes in the bowl, add a little sugar, an appropriate amount of salt and fresh soy sauce.

Step 3 . Put sausage on it.

Step 4 . Add an appropriate amount of goose oil (or lard).

Step 5 . Steam until the potatoes are soft and rotten. (I steamed it in a pressure cooker when cooking) take it out and add some chives. Mix it carefully.
