White asparagus salmon in orange juice
Spring is the season of asparagus harvest in Germany. In Germany, eating asparagus every spring is a tradition and a normal. German asparagus can be divided into white asparagus and green asparagus. White asparagus is slightly tough and suitable for cooking. The most common German white asparagus is cooked in white water and then mixed with different sauces. Here is an orange juice cream sauce.Step 1 . Peel the white asparagus and set aside. Wash the salmon and dry it with kitchen paper.
Step 2 . Salmon steak with salt and black pepper on both sides, pickled.
Step 3 . Orange juice, tarragon chopped spare.
Step 4 . Boil asparagus in light salt water.
Step 5 . Put it out for standby.
Step 6 . Fry salmon steak until done.
Step 7 . Kitchen paper absorbs residual oil.
Step 8 . Put butter in the pot.
Step 9 . After melting, add cream and orange juice, season with salt, then boil over high heat, add tarragon, and boil for half a minute.
Step 10 . The cream will solidify when it meets the acid in the orange juice, so you don't have to worry about the water in your sauce~
Step 11 . The best staple food is potatoes. I have mashed potatoes here, which are delicious enough to explode~
