Scallop and tofu soup
I didn't go shopping today. I had to look through the refrigerator and do whatever I saw!
Step 1 . Soak dried scallops and light vegetables in hair. Cut tofu with fat inside.
Step 2 . Put the shrimp, scallops and light vegetables into the pot and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 3 . Add bean paste.
Step 4 . Add tofu and water.
Step 5 . Boil over high heat and turn to medium heat for ten minutes, and season with salt.
Step 6 . Sprinkle with scallions and plate.
