Espresso
I have made some changes to the coffee practices I found on the Internet. The taste is really good. The strong milk flavor and the unique aroma of coffee are very attractive and worth a try.Be careful not to beat the cream too much.Chocolate cocoa powder can be grinded more, bottled and sealed. It can be made whenever you want to drink hot cocoa.
Step 1 . Chop up the dark chocolate
Step 2 . Put the chopped chocolate and cocoa powder into the cooking machine and beat them into powder
Step 3 . Put half a cup of milk into the milk pot, put 3 spoons of beaten chocolate cocoa powder (leave a spoonful of powder surface for use), and add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of corn starch and a little salt.
Step 4 . Heat it until it boils and leaves the fire. This is hot cocoa
Step 5 . The coffee cup at home is white porcelain, so I used a transparent glass and poured 1/3 of the height of hot cocoa
Step 6 . Ready made roasted coffee powder 1 tablespoon
Step 7 . Pour boiling water into it and rinse it with half a cup
Step 8 . Put a spoon on the inner edge of the cup and let the coffee flow slowly into the cup along the spoon to the height of 2/3d of the cup
Step 9 . Beat the light cream with an egg beater to 6 points. It can't be too much. Just be a little thick and thicker
Step 10 . Slowly pour the whipped cream into the coffee
Step 11 . Sprinkle a layer of polished chocolate cocoa powder on the surface.
