I bought a kilo of radish tassel for 3 yuan and went home. First, I cut off its pink root. Because it felt a little old, I picked it up and smelled it. It really tasted like radish. Then wash it and put it into the pot to blanch, remove it, squeeze it dry and cut it off. Then put it into the oil pot and add some garlic slices and dry pepper for quick frying. Step 1 . Cut off the root of the radish tassel and wash it.
