Fried Scallop with bean paste
Step 1 . First prepare the sauce, 2 tablespoons raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon old soy sauce, 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 tablespoon starch. Add proper amount of water and stir evenly.
Step 2 . Add cooking wine in a pot of cold water and cook it. Remove it and set aside.
Step 3 . Put the oil in the pot and fry the shallot, garlic, onion and millet until fragrant. Add the bean paste and stir fry the red oil.
Step 4 . Pour in the scallop and the sauce, stir fry evenly, and then put the scallion into the pot.
