
Steamed chicken with Pleurotus eryngii
I bought a chicken two days ago. I was too lazy to cook it. I wanted to steam it. I wanted to try to steam it with apricot mushrooms. The effect was very good and delicious! Moreover, the Pleurotus eryngii won't be soft after being steamed, and it is still crisp. The delicious taste of the mushroom and the chicken is excellent.
Step 1 . Add some salt, soy sauce, sugar and ginger slices to the chopped chicken. It is more delicious to keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours. I'm too lazy to peel ginger, so I just use the sauce ginger from my refrigerator.

Step 2 . Wash the Pleurotus eryngii and tear large pieces into a plate. It's better to tear it.
