I bought a chicken two days ago. I was too lazy to cook it. I wanted to steam it. I wanted to try to steam it with apricot mushrooms. The effect was very good and delicious! Step 1 . Add some salt, soy sauce, sugar and ginger slices to the chopped chicken. It is more delicious to keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours. I'm too lazy to peel ginger, so I just use the sauce ginger from my refrigerator.

Step 2 . Wash the Pleurotus eryngii and tear large pieces into a plate. It's better to tear it.
