Fried pork slices with green peppers and potatoes

Main Ingredients

Step 1 . Prepare the tenderloin, wash two potatoes and two screw peppers.

Step 2 . Marinate the tenderloin slices in starch cooking wine for 10 minutes, peel and slice the potato slices, soak the excess starch in water, and cut the screw pepper into pieces.

Step 3 . Fry tenderloin slices in oil until color changes. Remove and set aside.

Step 4 . Fry potato slices in oil until translucent.
