Step 1 . First sift 200g of high gluten flour and 70g of ordinary flour, and put them in the basin.

Step 19 . After fermentation, brush a layer of milk liquid on the surface, and then put it into the oven. Preheat the oven at 180 ℃ in advance and bake the bread for 20 minutes.
