Stir fried Crab in Typhoon Shelter
This is a simple and delicious stir fried crab dish, as long as the family wants to eat crab 🦀 Let me make this flavor, everyone can try it. I forgot to take some pictures of the process, sorry 😂When stir frying in the last step, if the action is not fast enough, turn off the heat first, add the seasoning, and then turn on the light to stir fry evenly!
Step 1 . Divide the crab into four or two halves, clean the internal organs and filter dry for later use.
Step 2 . Chop and clean the garlic, filter it dry, pour some cooking oil into a wok, and stir fry the minced garlic over low heat until golden brown and crispy. Set aside for later use.
Step 3 . Heat the wok with oil, pour some cornstarch into the pot, stick cornstarch on the cut of the crab leg, and fry at 80% hot oil temperature.
Step 4 . Fry until golden brown (do not fry for too long, as the meat inside will age and change color soon after).
Step 5 . After frying, turn off the heat, filter out the oil from the pot, and pour in some remaining oil. Add an appropriate amount of bread crumbs and stir fry over low heat until golden brown. Add the garlic before frying, and then pour in the fried crab legs. Add a little salt, sugar, and soy sauce, stir fry quickly until evenly mixed, then remove from the pot and serve on a plate!
Step 6 . Delicious!
