Step 1 . 1. Cut the scallions into white onions, slice the ginger together, and put them in a bowl. Add water and soak the scallions and ginger juice for later use.

Step 8 . 8. Finally, place chopped scallions and minced garlic on top of each egg dumpling, and pour 7-8% hot oil over each dumpling.
