Simple shredded tofu with cabbage heart
This dish is simple, homely and suitable for summer. Because my husband is from Northeast China, he likes bean products very much. The finished product of this dish is also very low and very affordable.Two pieces of bean skin can be cut into many pieces. I can make enough for threeorfour people. Because my husband and I love to eat vegetables, they are all eaten. Ha ha!
Step 1 . Shred cucumber, pepper, bean skin and cabbage respectively, cut shallot and coriander into small sections.
Step 2 . Add a little salt first& lt; br /> Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil& lt; br /> Finally, pour chilli oil.
Step 3 . Mix well and enjoy. Eating in summer is healthy and refreshing.
