Simple shredded tofu with cabbage heart

This dish is simple, homely and suitable for summer. Because my husband is from Northeast China, he likes bean products very much. The finished product of this dish is also very low and very affordable.

Main Ingredients

• Bean skin 2
• cucumber 1

Auxiliary Ingredients

• coriander A moderate amount of
• Chives A moderate amount of
• Cabbage heart 100g
• Pepper 1

Two pieces of bean skin can be cut into many pieces. I can make enough for threeorfour people. Because my husband and I love to eat vegetables, they are all eaten. Ha ha!
