Pickled scallion and dried bean curd

I've always liked bean products. Today, let's have soy sauce flavored scallions and dried beans!

Main Ingredients

Dried tofu 1

Step 1 . Wash the scallions thoroughly and cut them diagonally into sections.

Step 2 . Cut dried tofu into triangular shape.
