Fried rice with preserved mustard
Step 1 . Rice, pickled vegetables, onions, carrots, scallions and garlic, egg whites (leftover from making ice cream).
Step 2 . Heat up the wok with hot oil, add egg whites and stir fry until cooked.
Step 3 . Add scallions, garlic, and carrots and stir fry until cooked.
Step 4 . Stir fry the pickled vegetables in the pan and add onions.
Step 5 . Quickly stir fry evenly.
Step 6 . Add rice.
Step 7 . Stir fry slowly over low heat, then scatter the rice and it's ready to serve.
Step 8 . Take out the pot and put it on a plate.
