This is the second time to make this bread. It's so delicious. My husband and friends ate it just a few days ago before I could take photos. It's even more delicious when it's still cold. Last night, I made several more for breakfast this morning. The recipe is love and freedom~~

Step 12 . Cut several knives without cutting the bottom

Step 13 . Turn the cut into flower shape for final fermentation (put a bowl of hot water in the oven)
