Homemade mouldy tofu
Homemade mouldy tofu is simple and reassuring.
Step 1 . A little dried chili.
Step 2 . A small amount of Sichuan pepper, if you don't like it, you can skip it.
Step 3 . One bottle of Er Guo Tou.
Step 4 . Wash Stinky tofu and drain.
Step 5 . Grind chili and Sichuan peppercorns into powder using a grinder. Add salt, chicken essence, and five spice powder and mix well.
Step 6 . Half a bowl of Baijiu.
Step 7 . First soak the tofu in Baijiu, and then dip it in the ingredients shown in Figure 6 above.
Step 8 . Put the tofu into a bottle and pour in the blended oil. The oil must cover the tofu. It can be consumed after about a month.
