Miso roasted fish
Miso is a Japanese seasoning. It is made of fermented soybeans and other grains. I think it tastes similar to the big sauce in Northeast China, but the taste seems more delicate. It can increase the freshness of fish by using miso with fish. It is usually used to make soup. There is a bottle of Japanese miso brought back by friends at home, which is rarely used. Today, I used it to make roast fish, and the taste is also good. We bought a golden bass, which we call blind Caoyu. With the minced ginger, scallion and garlic, it tastes delicious.
