Step 1 . Remove the black line from the shrimp, marinate with cooking wine and salt for 20 minutes without setting aside. Cut the Japanese tofu into 1cm pieces and set aside. Cut the carrots and green peppers into small pieces and set aside.
Step 2 . Place the tofu on a flat plate, with a shrimp on top of each tofu. Place minced carrots and green peppers on top of the shrimp, sprinkle a little salt, and steam in the pot for 5 minutes.
Step 3 . After steaming, pour the water in the plate into a small bowl, mix in the seafood sauce wine and water starch, and evenly pour it on the Japanese tofu!
