Rice cooker Matcha cake
I tried the rice cooker cake three times a few days ago, but it always failed. Today, I finally succeeded in making it. I have a great sense of achievement! O (∩∩) o~ happy ~ ~ my baby said it was delicious! If you don't have an electric pressure cooker, you can use an electric rice cooker. Just plug the exhaust hole with a cloth and press it to cook. It will jump up automatically after a while, and then press it twice. Just try to poke with a toothpick without sticking!
Step 1 . Prepare materials.
Step 2 . Separate the egg yolk protein, add white sugar to the egg yolk and stir well.
Step 3 . Add matcha powder.
Step 4 . Sift in flour.
Step 5 . Add olive oil, baking powder and milk, stir well and set aside. (Hehe... forgot to take the picture of adding milk)
Step 6 . Beat the egg whites with an egg beater until they blister and add 10 grams of white sugar.
Step 7 . Continue to foam and add 10 grams of sugar.
Step 8 . Still continue to play. It feels like cream. Add 10 grams of sugar and continue to play.
Step 9 . The beaten protein looks like this. Remember to add sugar three times to make the protein more and more delicate.
Step 10 . Add one third of the protein into the batter. Stir it up and down evenly. Remember not to make a circle, or the protein will be destroyed! (Protein is also added in three times)
Step 11 . Divide half of the remaining protein into the batter and continue to stir it up and down.
Step 12 . Add the remaining protein and stir it up and down. It feels like a plane after stirring well.
Step 13 . Spread a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the electric rice cooker and preheat it for 2 minutes. Slowly pour the cake paste into the cooker and shake it slightly to make bubbles.
Step 14 . Sprinkle honey beans on it. Close the lid and press the cake key. (I use an electric pressure cooker with a cake key on it)
Step 15 . Pour out 50 grams of cream and beat with an egg beater!
Step 16 . I whipped cream while the rice cooker was working. Beat the whipped cream with an egg beater.
Step 17 . When the cake is ready, it will fall off naturally when it is turned upside down to cool.
Step 18 . Then smear the cream on it, add some grapes and mango for decoration, and KO! ha-ha... Although the first success is not very beautiful, I am still very happy!
