Step 1 . Wash and slice the purple potatoes and steam them on a plate.
Step 2 . Boil the pan with water, add some sago, keep stirring, medium heat, about ten minutes later, only a little white heart remains in the sago, turn off the heat, and simmer for five minutes; Pour out the boiled sago, add cold water, and add more water.
Step 3 . Mash the steamed purple potato into paste, add a small amount of water in the boiling pot, and pour the purple potato paste into it. The purple potato paste will become thinner and thinner, and the granules will become smaller.
Step 4 . After boiling, add some milk, and then turn off the heat.
Step 5 . After the purple potato milk cools, add the cold sago sauce. If you like to drink cold, it will taste better if you put it in the refrigerator for a while.
