Beef should not be cut until it is fully melted. It is easiest to cut into shape when it is semi melted.2 condensed milk can be used with the original flavor. My original flavor is gone, and blueberry condensed milk is used instead.

Step 1 . 2 & nbsp; Wash lettuce and set aside.

Step 2 . 3 & nbsp; The beef strips are pickled.

Step 3 . 4 & nbsp; Prepare three bowls and pour in starch, egg white and bread bran.

Step 6 . 7 & nbsp; Fry until golden yellow and remove to control oil.

Step 7 . 8 & nbsp; Condiments: salad dressing, condensed milk, sugar. The ratio of salad dressing to condensed milk is 2:1. Add a little sugar and mix well. (the original condensed milk is gone. I'll replace it with blueberry.)

Step 8 . 9 & nbsp; Shred lettuce, pour in the mixed salad sauce, put the fried beef strips in the lettuce shreds and roll them with chopsticks.

Step 9 . 10 & nbsp; Crispy, sour and sweet salad beef fillet is OK
