A friend taught me to cook this dish a long time ago (it's really a long time ago). I don't know how I suddenly remembered it recently. The taste is actually OK. It's quite delicious.

The fish is salted. No more saltIf you like dark fish, you can put some soy sauce when the fish is ready to fry

Step 1 . Clean the fish tail and cut it into pieces, marinate it with salt for 1-2 nights, put it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator

Step 6 . Spread the prepared chilli on the fish

Step 7 . Steam for 15 minutes
