There is no water for milk. I add milk because I prefer milk flavor.
Step 2 . The proportion of ice cream powder and milk is 1:3. Disperse the ice cream powder into the milk and stir well.
Step 3 . After standing, put it into the freezer, take it out and stir it for 10 minutes every 40 minutes. Three to four times in sequence. The more times you stir, the more delicate and soft the ice cream is. Therefore, as long as we are diligent enough, the taste is not inferior to that made by external machines.
Step 4 . After several times of mixing, the finished product will be frozen for 3 hours. (If you like to eat pulp, you can also add the pulp in the mixing process.). The necessary dessert in summer is fresh~haha
