Summer is coming ~ I simply DIY ice cream at home. Usually, ice cream made of egg, milk and light cream belongs to hard ice cream. It tastes rough, with ice residue and poor taste. So this time I choose to use ice cream powder. The taste is no worse than that of the outside. The taste is delicate, smooth and cool.
Step 1 . The preparation materials are very simple, 100g ice cream powder (available online, friends in Changchun can leave messages, and there are also several bakeries in Changchun, not expensive, about 4 yuan per bag). There is no water for milk. I add milk because I prefer milk flavor.
Step 2 . The proportion of ice cream powder and milk is 1:3. Disperse the ice cream powder into the milk and stir well.
Step 3 . After standing, put it into the freezer, take it out and stir it for 10 minutes every 40 minutes. Three to four times in sequence. The more times you stir, the more delicate and soft the ice cream is. Therefore, as long as we are diligent enough, the taste is not inferior to that made by external machines.
Step 4 . After several times of mixing, the finished product will be frozen for 3 hours. (If you like to eat pulp, you can also add the pulp in the mixing process.). The necessary dessert in summer is fresh~haha
