Focaccia, an Italian flat bread, is often used as a food supplement or as a pizza base. It is usually seasoned with olive oil and vanilla. Step 1 . Put the dough materials into the bread machine in the order of liquid, seasoning, flour and yeast, and start the dough mixing procedure. One of the dough mixing procedures in my bread machine is 15 minutes. The dough surface can be smooth. If one of the facet programs fails, add another.
Step 2 . After the dough is fermented to twice the size, exhaust, round, and stand for 15 minutes.
Step 3 . Roll the dough into a pie shape. I roll it into a square and put it directly on the baking tray. Cut the dough into several small openings, brush a layer of olive oil, put the garlic slices into the small openings, sprinkle vanilla and black pepper, and I also put a small amount of mozzarella cheese and bacon, and finally ferment for 20 minutes.
Step 4 . Put the final fermented bread into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 200 ℃ for 20 minutes. If the surface is not well colored, move it into the upper layer and bake for 3-5 minutes.
Step 5 . The organization is very soft. The surface is crisp when it's just out of the oven. It's really delicious with garlic and spices. The next day the bread was very soft. It's definitely worth a try. I can eat half a plate every time I make a big one~~~~
