I wanted to try making a braised chicken for a long time. This chicken just fulfilled my wish.Potatoes are easy to form after deep frying, so as not to damage the appearance and taste of the soup.
Step 1 . Clean the rooster, cut the potatoes and green shoots into strips, cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger and garlic, cut the small green peppers into thick shreds, and chop the pickled peppers and ginger.
Step 2 . Put a large amount of oil under the hot pot, fry the potatoes in the oil pot until they are 6 mature, that is, the surface is slightly wrinkled and the color is yellow, and remove them for use.
Step 3 . Keep the remaining oil low, add dry pepper and dried sea pepper to fry until fragrant, then add ginger and garlic slices. After frying until fragrant, add ginger pickled pepper and a little green pepper. After frying, put a tablespoon of bean paste and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4 . Turn to medium heat, pour in chicken pieces, stir fry for more than ten minutes, and stir out the oil.
Step 5 . Pour chicken nuggets into a pressure cooker, add some boiled water, add green onions, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar. Steam and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 6 . Transfer to the frying pan or directly put the green shoots in the pressure cooker. After boiling for 3 minutes, add the potatoes, continue to cook for 2 minutes, then add the small green peppers and stir fry until they are cut off. Sprinkle a little pepper before starting the pot.
Step 7 . Taste it. If it's weak, put some salt.
