Fried razor clam
Step 1 . Materials: razor clam, ginger slices, dried chilli (cut), scallion
Step 2 . Clean the bamboo clam and remove it for later use.
Step 3 . Heat the wok with oil and add ginger slices and dried chilli.
Step 4 . Then, pour in the cleaned bamboo clams and add some cooking wine.
Step 5 . Stir fry.
Step 6 . Then, add some light soy sauce.
Step 7 . Add proper amount of salt.
Step 8 . Add proper amount of chicken essence.
Step 9 . Stir fry the seasonings until the razor clams open.
Step 10 . Then, put in the scallions and serve.
Step 11 . Take out the pot and put it on the plate.
