At dinner today, I was thinking about what other vegetables could match the main dish of the evening, braised pork ribs, so I put a few leftover vegetables together and mixed this refreshing dish. It tastes very good! There is too much meat to eat. It's very refreshing with this small dish^_^

Step 1 . Take a larger bowl and first cut cucumber, tofu skin, carrots, onions, and green peppers into thin strips and put them into the bowl.
