I didn't pay so much attention to them. Just rub them casually and blow off the skins. Leaving some skins inside won't affect the taste of fried rice sugar at all

Step 7 . I bought maltose online. It costs 9.9 kilograms. I originally found the formula for making maltose online, but I don't know where to buy wheat. In fact, we used barley and sweet potatoes to make maltose in our hometown. The barley was soaked overnight, put in a basket, covered with a wet cloth, and drenched with water every day. In a few days, barley will grow. Cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces and add water to cook them in the pot. When the sweet potatoes are cooked thoroughly, they will be mashed, Tear the malt into small pieces while it is hot, mix it well in the sweet potato paste, put it for a few hours, and filter out the water in the sweet potato paste with a cloth. Step 11 . Put cold water on your hand and press the fried rice candy tightly, that is, reshape it. I'm going to cut it into pieces and press it into a rectangle. You must put some cold water on your hand, otherwise the hot maltose will stick to your hand

Step 12 . It's OK to cut into pieces with a knife after warming up. It's not easy to cool the fried rice sugar. When it's too hot, it will scatter and stick to the knife. It can't be completely cooled before cutting. The cold fried rice sugar is very brittle and easy to chop. But I personally think it's delicious to eat it with a spoon
