Fried Tofu with tomato

Main Ingredients

Oily bean curd 80 g
tomato 260 g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Chicken essence appropriate amount
salt A moderate amount of
White sugar appropriate amount
Tomato sauce appropriate amount

Step 1 . Ingredients: tomato (washed and cut into pieces), tofu

Step 2 . Cut the tofu on the chopping board.

Step 3 . Heat the wok with oil, add the cut tofu and stir fry.

Step 4 . Then, add some water to boil.

Step 5 . Then, add the cut tomatoes and stir fry them.

Step 6 . Finally, add some tomato sauce.

Step 7 . Add some white sugar.

Step 8 . Add proper amount of salt.

Step 9 . Add proper amount of chicken essence.

Step 10 . Stir fry well and serve.

Step 11 . Take out the pot and put it on the plate.
