This dish has been made in the past. After reading the second season of China on the tip of the tongue, I wrote it down with my heart. It is not difficult to make. Tofu can be bought ready-made, but the juice must be made with my heart. I used up all the materials in the kitchen and added a little fish sauce.

1、 It's best to boil tofu with oil and salt water for a while. This will make tofu stronger;2、 Chinese prickly ash oil can be made by yourself, or you can buy finished products. You can also stir fry Chinese prickly ash with oil. It is also very fragrant.

Step 1 . Using a clean pan, stir fry the peanuts until cooked, let them cool down, and then rub the peanuts with your hands. Rub the peanuts into two sides so that they are easy to press, and the peanuts will not roll back and forth. Wrap the peanuts in a plastic bag and crush them with a straight rolling pin;

Step 2 . Stir fry sesame until fragrant and set aside for later use;

Step 3 . In a large pot, enlarge half of the water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Bring the water to a boil and add the tofu that has been divided into chunks. Cook over medium low heat for about 10 minutes;

Step 4 . After removing the tofu, place it in the dish or basin to be served, and then pour out any excess water. Do not leave it watery;

Step 5 . In a small pot, add 1 tablespoon of Sichuan pepper oil, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and heat up the oil;

Step 6 . Then pour it into a bowl filled with garlic, crushed chili, scallions, and cilantro, and stir a few times;

Step 7 . In a small pot, add 1 tablespoon of Sichuan pepper oil, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and heat up the oil;

Step 8 . Then pour it into a bowl filled with garlic, crushed chili, scallions, and cilantro, and stir a few times;

Step 9 . Add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, crushed peanuts, and cooked sesame seeds. Stir well and pour over the tofu. Then add red pepper rings and serve.
