
Bread loaf stuffed with coconut
The eldest daughter's favorite is the stuffed coconut buns, but the younger daughter is only one year old and three months old. Her favorite is to hold funny bread loaves, so we have to make two different kinds.
Step 1 . First put the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, butter, flour and yeast into the bread maker in turn, and then press the dough. Obviously, without the kiss of the bread maker, you can only rub it hard. Then put it in a warm place for fermentation for one and a half minutes.

Step 2 . I put 20g butter into the coconut filling, soften it, add 4 tablespoons of sugar, mix it well, and then add a protein. The egg yolk is left to brush the surface of the bread, so there is no need to waste another egg to get the yellow and discard the white.

Step 3 . After mixing the above, put 2 / 3 bags of coconut paste, add a proper amount of milk, and mix well. The filling should not be too dry. Press it down gently with a spoon to see that there is water moistening it.

Step 4 . Divide the dough into small balls, roll them out with a wooden stick, then put the stuffing, roll them up on the other side, and close them down.

Step 5 . After being arranged into a baking tray, spray a little water and put it back into the oven for final fermentation to about twice the size, about 30 minutes. After baking, brush a layer of egg liquid, and then use a small knife to slash each piece of bread diagonally, so that the oven can be preheated.

Step 6 . I forgot to take pictures of this small strip, but it's very simple. Just roll out the remaining dough, cut it into small strips, mash it, and then arrange it into a baking tray for fermentation. Finally, brush some egg liquid. Anyway, that kid doesn't know what shape, just feel free.

Step 7 . Preheat it to 200 degrees and put it into the middle layer. Bake it for about 10 minutes. The timing depends on your own oven.
