Lamb chop and radish soup

Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. Radish is a very nutritious food. The combination of radish and mutton is very good.

Main Ingredients

Green radish 600g
Lamb chops 500g

Auxiliary Ingredients

pepper appropriate amount

ginger 10g
scallion 20g
salt 6g

Simmer over low heat.

Step 1 . Chop lamb chops, wash and set aside.

Step 2 . Peel the radish and cut it into hobs.
