Perilla, peach, ginger
Step 1 . Ingredients: perilla, peach, ginger (fresh young ginger is the best, use old ginger if not), ingredients, white vinegar (or rice vinegar), rock sugar, salt (a little)
Step 2 . After washing the peaches, cut them into slices with their skins, cut perilla into thick filaments, and slice ginger.
Step 3 . Find a larger sealed container to ensure that there is no oil or water. Lay a layer of rock sugar on the bottom, code a layer of perilla, code a layer of peach slices, and then a layer of ginger slices. (PS: each layer here is a thin layer of tiles, and peaches can be paved more.)
Step 4 . Then spread the containers layer by layer in the order of rock sugar → Perilla → peach → ginger slices.
Step 5 . After the materials are put, sprinkle some salt evenly on the top (meaning is good, don't be too much, it will be salty, sprinkle salt for water) and then pour 2/3 cups of white vinegar in a disposable cup (the proportion of white vinegar is adjusted according to the amount of materials I make, and I only made 3 peaches) and then pour some boiled water (mineral water is the best) from the top into the container, and pour it to 2/3 of the container.
Step 6 . Finally, please wait quietly for a day or two. When you see the water turning purple, you can taste it
