Tofu with chopped pepper
1. There are no chopped peppers. You can buy them in the supermarket. If you like spicy food, you can add some millet pepper.2. Raw soy sauce has a salty taste, so no extra salt is needed.
Step 1 . Lactone tofu.
Step 2 . Homemade chopped pepper (please refer to the recipe published above for the practice)
Step 3 . Buckle the lactone tofu upside down on the chopping board and cut a small hole in the four corners at the bottom of the box with scissors.
Step 4 . Then turn the tofu over and cut it down along the edge with a knife as shown in the figure.
Step 5 . Take off the sealing film on the front, buckle the tofu upside down on the plate, and you can easily take it out. Then use a knife to cut almost thick blocks.
Step 6 . Put it in a steamer and steam over high heat for about eight minutes.
Step 7 . Take it out and pour out the excess water.
Step 8 . Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add chopped peppers and stir fry until fragrant, and pour it on the steamed tofu.
Step 9 . Pour in raw smoke, bring it to a boil with a small fire, and turn it off.
Step 10 . Pour it on top of tofu.
