On a whim, I stewed the chicken leg with mushrooms. I felt that I was short of vegetables and was too lazy to cook other dishes. So I almost put all the ingredients in the family together in one pot. While matching meat and vegetables, I also saved the trouble of washing dishes. It's also a good trick for lazy people!

Step 1 . Wash and divide chicken legs.

Step 2 . Stir onion, ginger and scallion into the pot until fragrant.

Step 3 . Add chicken leg meat and stir fry over high heat until the chicken leg is wrapped.
