Pause adding butter and flour for 15 minutes. Each toaster has different functions, which can be added or subtracted according to your own machine)

Step 8 . Put it into the oven for the second fermentation, 35 degrees for 40 ~ 50 minutes, and put a small bowl of water at the bottom to moisturize

Step 9 . Ferment to twice the size, take out the flour on the sieve (or not), and use a sharp knife to draw your favorite pattern
