Ginger and carrot soup
Ginger given by a friend can be boiled, fried or pickled. It can clear away heat, cool blood, nourish the stomach and regulate blood sugar.Step 1 . Clean the ginger and cut it into pieces. (I chose a small one to make soup.)
Step 2 . Peel and dice carrots. (carrots are relatively small, so three are used.)
Step 3 . Wash away the foam from the pig bones with water.
Step 4 . Freeze the conch head and cut it into small pieces. (don't let go if you have nothing.)
Step 5 . Put all the above materials into the soup pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and turn to low heat for 1 hour.
Step 6 . After cooking, skim the fat with an oil separator spoon.
Step 7 . Season with salt. (I usually don't put salt or put it separately when I drink it. So the remaining soup can be drunk the next day.)
Step 8 . Very sweet and moist soup.
