Step 1 . Prepare all the ingredients for the bread.

Step 2 . The raw materials shall be put into the bread barrel in the order of liquid first, then powder, sugar, salt, egg and yeast on the upper layer, and the iMix program shall be started for 20 minutes.

Step 3 . Knead until the dough is smooth, add softened butter, and then start an iMix program. The dough can pull out the film.

Step 4 . Knead the dough and put it in a basin for basic fermentation.

Step 5 . When the dough is 1.5-2 times larger, stick your fingers with flour to poke a hole, and the fermentation is completed without shrinking or collapsing.

Step 6 . The fermented dough is divided into 6 parts on average and kneaded. Wake up for 10 minutes.

Step 7 . After you wake up, roll it, leave a little on the top, and roll it into an oval shape at the bottom.

Step 8 . Roll it up from top to bottom, roll it into a long circle, pinch it tightly and put it below.

Step 9 . Make all the dough in turn and put it into the baking pan for fermentation

Step 10 . During the fermentation time, we will make custard sauce and prepare all the materials.

Step 11 . Add milk, sugar and egg yolk into a small milk pot, stir until fully blended, and sift in the Golden Arowana cake with wheat flour.

Step 12 . Stir until there is no dry powder, sift it once, put it in the pot, boil it slowly over low heat until the liquid becomes viscous, and let it cool for standby.

Step 13 . Put custard sauce in a decorative bag and squeeze it on top of the fermented bread.

Step 14 . Preheat the oven at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.

Step 15 . Put the light cream in an egg bowl, add powdered sugar, and beat.

Step 17 . The flower mounting mouth is placed in the flower mounting bag and filled with cream. I use a 10 tooth school kitchen flower mounting mouth.
