Step 1 . The ingredients to be prepared are as follows: staple food: a piece of tofu and a piece of dried beancurd (this is fried dried beancurd, if I buy the fried beancurd, I need to fry it myself). Supplementary food: minced garlic, spicy millet and scallion.

Step 2 . Put a little more oil in the hot pot, and sprinkle a little salt in the hot pot to prevent the tofu from sticking to the pot. The oil temperature is 70-80% and the tofu is fried under low heat.

Step 3 . Fry the tofu on both sides until golden yellow. Remove and set aside.

Step 4 . In addition, heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic, millet and hot spring onions until fragrant. Then add a proper amount of salt and soy sauce, and mix the color with the soy sauce.

Step 5 . Add beancurd and stir fry until soft and rotten (beancurd can be soaked in advance and easy to taste).

Step 6 . Add the freshly fried tofu, then add some water, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Step 7 . Open the lid, add the scallions, stir fry for one minute, and then put them on the plate. A delicious home cooked dish is ready!
