Fried pork with cucumber

It is a delicious and high vitamin home cooked dish.

Main Ingredients

Lean meat slices 100g
cucumber 300g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Sweet potato powder 1 tsp
Bean paste 1 tsp

Seasonings

Peanut oil 3 tsp
Shredded ginger 1 tsp
salt appropriate amount

Step 1 . Peel the cucumber and wash it.

Step 2 . Cut the cucumber into slices and set aside.

Step 3 . Cut the lean meat into slices.
