Homemade pea jelly
I didn't expect that it would be so simple to make jelly by myself, and I was successful once 😊~Adjust materials and dosage according to personal taste!
Step 1 . Prepare 100g of pea starch.
Step 2 . In the pot, add 900g of water, add a little salt, add pea starch, and keep stirring over medium heat (pea starch can also be washed into a paste with water in advance and poured into water).
Step 3 . Stir until bubbles appear, turn to low heat and stir for another three minutes (the specific time depends on the softness and hardness of the jelly you like to eat).
Step 4 . Pour it into a container and let it stand at room temperature until it solidifies (about 4 hours).
Step 5 . After solidification, buckle it on the chopping board.
Step 6 . Use a scraper to plane into silk (or cut into pieces).
Step 7 . Put the scallion, garlic, pepper and chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts and Padan wood) on the plate.
Step 8 . Sprinkle the hot oil with pepper in soy sauce on the ingredients to stimulate the fragrance.
Step 9 . According to personal taste, add appropriate amount of delicious and fragrant vinegar (or mature vinegar), and then sprinkle linseed oil + fragrant oil (mixed oil).
Step 10 . Stir well and sprinkle with coriander. Wow, it smells good 😊~
