Mixed Noodles with Minced Peppers and Eggs

Main Ingredients

egg 3
Screw pepper 3

Auxiliary Ingredients

Scallion, ginger, garlic and pepper oil 30ml

Seasonings

Step 1 . Rinse the pepper and prepare the eggs.

Step 2 . Remove the pedicle of the screw pepper and cut it into pieces. Break the eggs.
