
Braised Tofu with Mushrooms

Step 1 . Soak the old tofu and mushroom in brine for 10 minutes respectively.

Step 20 . Add a little sugar and stir well. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 21 . Add garlic sprouts and stir well.

Step 22 . Add starch to thicken.
