Step 5 . After baking the potatoes, each slice is opened. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the remaining barbecue mixture, mix well, and brush it on the surface of the potatoes and between each slice.
Step 6 . Bake again in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for another 20 minutes, and the surface will be scorched yellow before being released from the oven.
