Spicy Beef Soup
Step 1 . Put beef tendon into a pot with cold water, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and 1/3 onion. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and simmer on low to medium heat for 1 hour. Turn off the heat and remove the beef. Filter the beef soup and set aside.

Step 7 . Add ferns, shiitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 8 . Turn off the heat, add chopped scallions, millet chili rings, and cooked white sesame seeds.
