Stir fried seafood mushrooms

Step 1 . 1. Shred a small carrot, remove the seeds of Sichuan peppercorns or snail peppers and cut them into thin strips, cut ham sausages into thin strips, chop garlic into small pieces, and set aside.
Step 2 . After washing the seafood mushrooms, soak them in salt water for a while and then rinse them off for later use.
Step 3 . Bring the water to a boil in the pot, add the seafood mushrooms and water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and filter the excess water for later use.
Step 4 . Heat the oil in the pot and stir fry minced garlic over medium to low heat until fragrant.
Step 5 . Stir fry shredded ham sausage for a while
Step 6 . Stir fry seafood mushrooms over high heat for 1 minute
Step 7 . Add shredded chili and stir fry for another minute
Step 8 . Add shredded carrots and stir fry over high heat for 1 minute
Step 9 . Add some salt and oyster sauce, then a little xylitol, stir fry evenly.
