Spareribs with brown sauce
If cooking pork ribs alone or adding eggs, you can add half a scoop of dark soy sauce, a piece of rock sugar, and one or two cloves.
Step 1 . Wash pork ribs thoroughly.

Step 12 . Bring to a boil, turn to medium low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes.
Step 13 . After 40 minutes, open the lid of the pot, turn it to high heat, quickly collect the juice until it becomes thick, and turn off the heat.
Step 14 . Serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped scallions.
